I will mark it sold, wait till it dries, put a galkyd finish on the painting, wait till that dries, ship it to you insured for free!

Here I am near Monhegan Wharf. You can see Manana Island in the background. It was a hot day! My baby jogger worked great transporting my painting equipment from the Trailing Yew hotel to the wharf area. Sometimes I only used one hand! The wheels of the Schwin Baby jogger held up fine on the rocky path! I was loving this!

"Rusty's Skiff at Monhegan Wharf" 5x7 Oil on Copper panel 250$ I need to paint Rusty in later tomorrow! He was bailing out water! I think this would really make the painting! So I will show you the finished results tomorrow! But here is a sneak preview!

"Green Skiff at Fish Beach" 5x7 Oil on Copper 300$ Framed and shipped for free! This painting is better now. I wiped out the person sitting on the second floor. I worked more on this one the second day. I will post a new photo of this one also tomorrow! It will be a great painting when I am finished I just know it!
I went to Monhegan Island on Friday! I painted on Fish beach all day long. A lady said she wanted to purchase this painting before I had even really started. She watched my progress. I had another couple want to purchase the same painting, but I told them I think it was sold. So the lady decided she didn't want to buy any paintings at all. She didn't have the finances. I learned from this experience. If someone tells me they want to buy an unfinished work, I will show them the finished product. If they want to purchase the painting then, we will make a sale. If I have more than one buyer, I will show the first person interested first, if they decline to purchase, I will show the second couple. This seems more professional and fair.

I didn't sleep the first night because of the crickets! They chirped all night loudly until 5am. So I got up and took sunrise photos! I had a difficult time painting that day because of lack of sleep! Things went slowly!

Those crickets! I finally did sleep by putting a folded wool blanket only the top of my head! I couldn't hear anything! I could still breathe as my face was uncovered! Those crickets!
I have two other paintings but I think they may be sold. I will start painting more marathon paintings tomorrow. I hope to post them before 9 pm! Please follow my progress and comment! Love your input on these paintings. Get out and paint!
